Update Card for my suppliers

Hi,

I have to update multiple card ID's for my suppliers I have tried to export supplier cards update the Card Id field import the update file back into myob it uploads with any errors but the card id for the supplier isnt updated ?

Can you pease help as I am unning out of options.

Hi @RISHI_MAX 

This has never worked (not since AR2011). Supplier CardID's can only be updated manually one by one. This was reported to MYOB back in 2012. We are still waiting for a fix.

Can be done in bulk by an external party for a fee, however only viable if you have thousands.

Thank you for your post. Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. 

At the moment, after importing Supplier Card, you will still have to manually edit the Supplier Card ID. As @gavin12345 has mentioned, this is still under the team's investigation.
