I use MYOB for my own business. However, whenever I send emails sales invoices or statements from my business it is pulling contact name from one of my clients but is using my email address correctly.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am using Essentials on browser.
When I click on my business name it does not have Sales Settings as an option...(only Invoice and quote settings). I've tried looking in the Invoice and quote settings, but in the Default email text section there is only options to edit the actual contact that the email comes from. The body of the email is ok it's the actual email contact I want to change.
Can you please advise...thank you

Thanks for confirming your product. For Legacy Essentials the "from" name will use the details of the user that is currently logged in.
We are aware it's an issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused until it is resolved. As a workaround you could download it as a PDF file and send it through a different program like Outlook.
