email bouncing when sending to Microsoft 365 based email

I saw the advice regarding emails not sending.

 

I've found emails are bouncing when sending to a customer using a Microsoft 365 hosted email account. Is this the same issue?

I just checked with my customer by sending a closed invoice, and it arrived successfully.
