Hi
I have created new Sales - Item templates in my MYOB and deleted teh old templates.
I can access the new templates in the Web Browser MYOB and also in the program on my desktop.
My problem is with teh MYOB invoicing app that has not updated the templates. the new templates are not there, just the old ones (that i had deleted).
I have tried selecting the old templte to email out the invoice and it says that template is not available (which makes sense) . So i am currentky unable to use the MYOB invoicing app to send out invoices.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please try signing out and signing back into the app to see if the form updates ? If it doesn't can you please uninstall and reinstall the app.
