Hello
I have been trying to check up on our profit and loss.
When I go to reports/accounts/ P&L small business entity or P&L statements or Balance sheets
an 'operation timeout' is popping up and telling me to retry but nothing is happening.
Can you help please

Hi @Wilfords
If you are trying to run reports with a large volume of information you can receive a timeout error as the system tries to pull in all of the requested data. We would suggest limiting the data that will be pulled by the particular report i.e. lessen the date range or add in additional filters as a test to check if it then lets you run the report.
You may also need to look at adding a timeout extender to the program and clearing your cache which has been known to resolve these types of issues for some users.
