wait time on phone

Wait time is a joke. I have been on the phone for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Everytime i call MYOB for assistance i have to sit on the phone for over an hour before i can talk to someone. 

I don't understand why we pay to have support if it's costing us so much time to get it.
