Applying leave for 38 hour week

Hi,

I would like to see the MYOB team add a function in the set up of the annual leave accural item.

Under the calculation basis you should be able to select based on a set amount of hours, say leave accrued on maximum of 38 hours per week.

This is due to some business paying an above award flat rate in lieu of a penalty rate so there isn't a need to set up an overtime pay item. Literally the only reason i'll have to start an overtime pay item so annual leave stops accruing on the hours over the standard working work.
