Process Update for MYOB DGT Leads

Hi Partners,

As you are aware MYOB recently upgraded Phoenix and overall this has resulted in improvements, however the sync between salesforce and the partner portal was challenged.  We decided to stop the sync and the DG team are inputting leads directly in Phoenix.  This started on Monday this week to test it and have processed over 9 leads and have not had any issues that we are aware of.

 

The key changes are:

  • It will be a one step process and will not involve an email and a Phoenix notification
  • All of the lead information (including the Gong recording) will be within Phoenix

Some slight look and feel changes but process for you remains the same

 

And just a quick reminder for your teams on lead management:

  • Please initiate contact within 48 hours and update the lead in Phoenix
  • Within 5 days have established contact with the correct person at the prospect. If contact cannot be established, please work with your CSM or the DG team
  • Accept the lead within 10 days which means that lead has been qualified as an opportunity. Note that if Phoenix is not updated within 30 days the lead will go back to the DG team to be re-assigned; or stay with the demand generation team for ongoing nurturing. There is no guarantee the partner will receive that lead again if it has not been accepted
