IRD Message: Client not linked
We have been experiencing issues with our data feed from Inland Revenue. When I do a client IRD data refresh I then get a message to say client not linked and tax management shows that the accounts are now on hold at IRD. This has happened every time a data refresh has been done for an individual client.
I have filed a 2018Tax Return through E file and showing as accepted assessment and yet when I logged onto IRD website and checked the return status it was showing as on time processed in the summary and then in the periods as overdue.
I am at the point where I don't trust the data in Tax Manager and and more so not trusting information on IRD website.
Am I the only one experiencing these issues.
