Hello
Any news on this?
I actually had a MYOB tech person on the phone sorting out our reporter as we had tried to run a report for the 19/20 year and it locked.
They sorted out our issue and then installed amaster letters update using KB32765 which now allwos us to do reports for the 19/20 year. This update they did was avaiable since about October 2019 and they told me the 2021 version would be out around Sept/Oct this year.
I'm a bit confused as it was atotally different update to what we have done in the past as this seems to just be the master letters or soomething, but it seems to be working so we are just rolling with it.
Perhaps you can check out the KB article, but the tech person did ours while they were on there sorting out the other issue. It didn't take very long to do at all.

Hi Joelene,
That article is to download interim formats for you to use before we release the final 2020 format.
What you would have done in the past is download the final release update for that year.
We release an interim copy via KB 32765 in the mean time.
When the update is released, it would be a good idea to download and update Reporter to be on the latest version.

Oh ok they never said it was interim reports. But they did mention that our reports were 2018 however we have always downloaded the update from the my.myob downloads each year and put on to be able to run reports each year as we were never aware of the interim reports available through the KB.
So is there any definite date for the 2020 update as yet??

No definite date yet.
