ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Invoice Creation API Timeouts Hi there, Apologise for the delayed response. As we understand the API will pull the entire collection to filter through when called. We recommend using Date Range filtering (Odata), Pagination and the accept-encoding: header to reduce the occurrence of time outs by reducing the amount of data coming through. Here are some Support Documents that may help: -Digging into ODATA filters – Support for the MYOB family of SME product APIs -Headers (myob.com)- Encoding header -Retrieving Data (myob.com)- Pagination If you are still having issues, please feel free to create a Support ticket here. Kind regards Re: Get Data OOFeed for MYOB Advanced Hi there, Firstly, apologise for the late reply. If this is regarding MYOB Advanced, I would recommend emailing the Advanced API Support team via: advancedsvs@myob.com The team there will be able to help. Kind regards Re: Purchase Order Items UnitPriceForeign Hi there, Apologise for the delayed response. T understand correctly, are you attempting to run a PUT request to theItem (myob.com)endpoint, and it is failing to update the UnitPriceForiegn field? Do you get an error message or response from the API and are you able to share your call? It might be best to create a support ticket here so we can look into it further. Kind regards Kind regards Re: API for custom integrations Hi there, Apologise for the delayed response. You are more than welcome to Register as a Developer here. Select the Registration form, answer the questions and write out a small case as to what the function of your app is, how it will be built and the benefit for the user. You will be applying for the free, OPEN access licence Developer licence which can get you setup to run tests as you need. Hope this helps and if you have any further questions, please feel free to create a Support ticket using the same link above. Kind regards Re: Create sandbox API Hi there, If you are a Developer wanting to connect a 3rd party app to MYOB you will need to register as onehere: (Make sure to select the Registration form to fill out) Once you are registered you will have access to your API key and Secret and can start Authenticating your app for MYOB users. Any questions feel free to ask or again, create a Suport ticket using the link above. Kind regards Re: Invalid request response while getting access token Hi there, Thank you for reaching out via the forum. Your details look fine there on the surface, so we would want to look at the headers you are sending to the API if possible please. Typically we see this issue with the Redirect URL not matching between the MY.MYOB Developer Dashboard and the call to the API, explained here:Solving Invalid request – Support for the MYOB family of SME product APIs We also expect to use the Oauth2.0 method, and have found some users utilising the "Basic" Auth method which we are finding is no longer suported (it was previously but have noticed a change recently). If you are using this method, please change to Oauth2.0 and this should help. Otherwise if you are still getting invalid request, please submit a support ticket here. Kind regards Re: Invoivce Attachment Endpoint Hi there, Appreciate you reaching out via the forum. Apologise for a late answer. I'm afraid adding attachments via the Sales endpoints isn't available via the API at this time. It is a very popular request and once this is added to the front end (AccountRight UI/MYOB Business UI) we will then see it in the API. Kind regards Re: "API key has exceeded the per-second rate limit" Hi there, Appreciate you reaching out via the forum. Firstly I apologise for the lack of clarity around Key allocation and limitations during the Registration process, we are working on improving this area and will include all relevant communication going forward as we update the process and Documentation. For now we do have a Support article that mentions the Key allocation for other Developers to refer to here: Why are my API Keys inactive? – Support for the MYOB family of SME product APIs Any further issues with your keys please do not hesitate to create a support tickethere Kind regards Re: Generate Customer Statement using API Hi there, Thank you for reaching out and utilising the forum. The endpoint that refers to Statements is found here in our API Developer Documentation:Statement (myob.com) You could then convert the result to PDF and attach to an email. If you have any further questions, please feel free toCreate a Support Ticket here. Kind regards Re: 2022.3 API and Inventory Autobuild Hi there Mike, Thank you for reaching out, The Documentation will definitely be updated in time, there is a version update about to release in a week and our Developer coms will go out the day after.
