Matching transactions in AccountRight in the Browser. Transactions not showing to match to.
Hi, Today I imported a QIF file into AccountRight using the browser to bring transactions in for a bank that does not have BankLink available. In Bank Transactions in the browser it recognised that there were possible matches for transfers from other accounts that I had entered. However when I went to match them it would not bring the transaction up to tick as the match. I have double checked that the transaction exists. It is recognising it as a match in desktop AccountRight and I can approve the match there. Was just wondering if anyone else has come accross this? As a side note, using the browser to import the QIF file is much better than importing through Reconcile accounts in desktop AccountRight as it treats the transactions the same as if it came from a BankLink feed. Would be good to have this brought into the desktop version also.1.9KViews0likes2CommentsBank Feeds: Rules - Allocate to separate account based on amount (greater than allocate to, less than allocate to)
Can you have a function to choose to select the amount to match to also. Eg; If Telstra $9.18 appears code to Advertising If Telstra >$10 appears code to Telephone Thanks "Bank Feeds to Transaction Auto Code Fixed Value of Telstra coding to Advertising and setup another auto code to code to telstra over $10"2.8KViews0likes1CommentBank Feeds: Rules - Split by fixed amount
When creating a rule and using the advanced options the percentage column needs the ability to be able to be changed to a fixed amount. eg $256.06 each month for insurance is split into $173.11 business, $82.95 drawings. At the moment you have to work out the percentage manually. You also need to be able to put a fixed amount to one code and the balance to drawings. Great to start working with it.
