MYOB Advanced Workforce Management 8.0 Release
MYOB Advanced Workforce Management has been updated with the latest release, which is now Live in Production today, 23rd September 2021, and is now available to all customers. The 8.0 release to Production web includes the following highlights; New Roster UI redesign to improve the user experience Quicker to navigate and edit, more responsive and easily accesible Demand Templates have been introduced within Rostering Allow Managers to set situational rules based on variables e.g. ratio of staff required, max number of staff available during any shift, and max number of staff/roles that need to be present during any shift Smart rostering will then process these rules against booking data to ensure maximum efficiency Import function will allow importing of visa details for employees New Partner-level permission enablement partners to manage and configure their own companies Release notes are available hereWFM 24.6 will be deployed to PROD this Thursday 20 June 2024
WFM 24.6 has passed MYOB QA testing, and it has been agreed to proceed with deployment to the Production environment this Thursday 20 June 2024. No outage period is anticipated. WFM 24.5 has passed MYOB QA testing, and it has been agreed to proceed with deployment to the Production environment on Thursday 24 May. As theremay be a short (~5 min) outage period associated with the deployment, it will be done before 6 AM NZ time to minimise any potential user impact as mush as is practically possible. Finalisation of the the relevant Release Notes are still inprogress, and will be published as soon as they are available - likely later today. Having passed MYOB QA, the decision was agreed on today to perform a dual / double-step WFM deployment next Thursday 18 January - both 9.14 (the Dec 2023 release that was delayed due to blackout period) and 24.1 (note the new version naming convention effective from this release ...) will be deployed during the usual 9AM-12PM AEST timeframe. Hi all, the end-April deadline for the conversion of any WFM 'Legacy Onboarding' sites to the newer, more advanced and flexible 'New' Onboarding functionality has now come and gone. We are now fast approaching the final deadline date for actual deprecation of the technology on 31st May. At that time, if any site / customer had not yet been converted, they will unfortunately lose all Onboarding functionality. We have communicated this previously through various channels, so this is just a reminder to attend to any such of your customers or sites that you control that you may be aware of as still using the older functionality in any way.
