Payslip is undeliverable

Hello,

I have been having issues with sending one particular pay slip. It keeps coming back as undeliverable but I know the email address is correct.

Please help :)

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Is there an email notification received on your saying that email or pay slip was undeliverable or rejected? If there is, kindly send us through private message the impacted email address so we can check if it's blacklisted.

    Thank you for providing the requested email address.

     

    As per checking, the impacted email address was blacklisted. But no worries, we were able to fix it. You can now send the pay slip without any issues.
