Hi team,
Im trying to add my accountant that was previously deleted, but i keep getting the message that the email address already exists....He does not show up as a user even when the inactive box is ticked.

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! Have you encountered any issues when attempting to edit their old profile? Typically, you would navigate to Setup >> User Access >> Select User >> Un-tick "Inactive User." Ensure that you are logged into your file as an administrator.

Hi Earl,
The Administrator of the file deleted the user and tried to re add them as an advisor.
I have an advisor access. What can i do to add someone as an advisor or Admin?
Can you please assist in future steps.
