Laptop layout and missing data

1. successful user on the office desktop
2. using windows laptop from home
3. already have AR app installed and access to account
3. screen displays are overlapping each other - have adjust size via windows display but still overlaps
4. receive payments and enter customer name to apply payment, but the outstanding invoices are not showing?
5. the whole system seems to be malfunctioning.
6. it will not let me login through the browser 'something went wrong' 
I need to get work done asap if someone can help please
