Subscription choice dilemma

Hi everyone,  I have had my existing MYOB  file for 10 years now and  currently using AccountRight.  I don't use range of functions what AccountRight offering. I use it mainly for my suppliers Purchases input/payment ,  Sales tracking ( inputing data monthly from our back office system) & to do the BAS and weekly payroll for up to 10 employees. I don't use inventory or customer invoicing at all.

Recently I have  purchased a new company which going to have a new business name and ABN .

I need to be able to invoice customers  ( not sure about inventory just yet)  and  will have 2-4 employees. Seems like AccountRight is too much for that business. So I am thinking to take MYOB Business PRO subscription for the new company and just wandering if I can change Account Right to  PRO as well for my old company?  Or would I loose some important functions ? Can someone share experience & opinions if  you already changed from AccountRight to PRO or just  advise, please?

Thank you

Re: Subscription choice dilemma

Hi @Ulala888 thank you for your post.

I understand your dilemma. AccountRight and MYOB Business products have different features.

You can check our website myob.com to see each difference.

If you are an AccountRight user, yes, you have the option to go with MYOB Business through our migration process.

If decided to move with MYOB Business, fill out the Form using this Help Article: Move to MYOB Business

In addition to that, I may advise you to process a backup for your company file so that you will have a copy of it.

To process a backup, check this Help Article: Backup your company file
