1st payroll of the year not recording. Urgent. Shows as 0.00 in journal

The first payrun for the year is not recording. I've tried 4 times even through the web version and keeps showing as 0.00.

Welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)so we can run a script over your file to resolve this.

Company File ID: 2

The pay run has now recorded and been accepted by the ATO. Thankyou
