After paying an ETP the results are in the individual report but this is what shows in the Verification Report

After paying an ETP the results are in the individual report but this is what shows in the Verification Report

ETP - Tax free component $0.00 ETP - Taxable component $0.00 ETP - Tax Withholding $0.00

 

I have phoned MYOB and after TWO hours was told the Development Team would email me and do a fix on the file.  This was a week ago.  Nothing.  Phoned again yesterday and was cut off after 2:16 hours.  This is a disgrace./
