Hi,
I been using MYOB for more then a decade, used to record and calculate employees entitlement manually. Since STP, I want to switch to MYOB to record and calculate the entitlments.
I know I can do opening adjustment from ...... card info>payroll details>entitment
Can I do it at the middle of the year, like now?

Hi, @LearnerP
Thanks for your post.
Yes, you can adjust the entitlements even in the middle of the payroll year. To do it, once you have the correct hours for the entitlement, you will then need to process a void pay run with only the entitlement hours in it. If you add, make sure to enter positive hours. On the other hand, if it needs to be deducted, enter negative hours against the entitlement.
Feel free to post again anytime if you require further assistance.

Hi @LearnerP,
Thanks for your response and patience in waiting for a response.
Welcome to MYOB! To manually record the leave entitlement balance, you will need to process a $0.00 payment and enter the leave hours you wish to record. It is important to zero out all categories that are not being adjusted. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Help article, Leave and Entitlements, where you can find information on how leave works.
Please feel free to reach out if you need further help.
