EOY finalisation -ETP payments

I HAVE EMAILED TWICE TO MYOB TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH ETPS. NO REPLIES FROM MYOB CLIENT SUPPORT TEAM.. THIS MORNING I HAVE BEEN ADVISED VIA PROMPT MESSAGE THAT ETPS HAS BEEN FIXED...  NOTHING WAS FIXED. IM ON PHONE OVER AN HOUR WAITING FOR A MYOB PAYROLL SUPPORT ANSWER MY PHONECALL

ETP PAYMENTS - FINALISATIONS EOFY

OVER 2.5 HRS ON HOLD ITS RIDICULOUS

 

PLEASE REPLY AND FIX  OUR ETPS THAT WE HAVE EMAILED MYOB CLIENT SUPPORT ON 5/7 AND 12/7.

 

ETP showing $0 in YTD Verification report Case No 01060389

 

ETP doubling up as tax free component and taxable component in YTD verification report Case No 01060369

The notes don't say how to fix the errows. i have already done several reverals and reprocessing as per MYOB advices.

Hi @Natasha10 

Can you confirm if the ETP components are displaying properly in the following :

 

1.EOFY finalisation  tab in the Payroll Reporting Centre.

2.Summary of payments report for each employee

  1. In the STP reporting centre, click the EOFY Finalisation tab.
  2. Click the ellipsis  button for the employee and choose View summary report (PDF).
  3. Check the employee's ETP values.

If they are incorrect here, please confirm how many employees are impacted so we can investigate further.

Hi @Natasha10 

We'll start by troubleshooting one entity first. Send me a screenshot of the employee summary of payments report for this entity, the YTD verification report and your product serial number by Private Message. Please highlight any correct ETP figures in green, incorrect ones in red and also let me know the correct expected value.
