First payrun 01/07/21

Hi,

I have just processed my first STP payrun dated 1/7/21 in a MYOB file that hasn't had payroll before.  Yesterday I entered opening balances for entitlements which printed out correctly on the entitlements balances report as at 30/6/21 but this report won't generate for 1/7/21.  Do you know why?

Hi @SharonSL 

The entitlements will only show up in reports as of 1/07/2021 if there were entitlements accrued on that date. Therefore, please check the payrun and if there is nothing accrued for the accrual categories, you will have to check the entitlement setup. However, if there is some other issue with the entitlement reports or if you're getting any error messages, let us know so we can investigate further.
