Hi Amanda, I've been the administrator for this company for the last 10 years and have full access so I don't think that's the issue. I can see our invoices in My Account, it's my.myob that only shows old data. But My Account doesn't show the subscription details and my.myob shows old info from 2021. Hi, My subscription isn't showing in My Account? In my.myob recent MYOB invoices aren't showing and when I look at my subscriptions it's showing very old information ie. it shows Due 1/9/21 for $120. Hi Genreve_S Thanks for your reply. I had an online support chat with Joan yesterday afternoon and we found that the previous version is working fine, there may be a bug in the newer version. It turned out it wasn't just recurring transactions, nothing would save at all so Joan said she'd log a ticket. I'm using the previous version to be able to continue working for now. Hi, I run a couple of offline AccountRight Plus company files (in addition to my online files) and recently my recurring transactions won't save - either from the popup Reminders window or from the To Do List. I've tried just recording from the list of transactions window or from within the transaction that I open from that list but the transactions just don't save and the data/dates in the list don't change. Hi ChrisMc, I recently started doing our payruns online and forgot to print the Payroll Verification Report before I finished. The Payrun History Report is different, it doesn't show hours, pay categories, leave accruals and super fund details.. Basically it looks like you can't access the same report after you've done a payroll and gone past that option, is that correct?124Views1like0Comments
