Missed Data when i processed payroll after move on to STP Phase 2

Last monday i moved up to STP Phase 2.

 

Yesterday when i processed payroll in MYOB the working hours figure was disappearred i have to manually input for some of employees but a few of employees remain no change. Also The sick lve entitle/Hol Lve entit and Sick Lve Entitl figures disappeared. All need to manually input. that caused a lot of times to complete payroll process.

 

Please help and let me know how to fix this problem before next payroll.

Hi @cold1,

 

You would need to go into each of the affected employee's cards to make sure the correct figures are showing in the Standard Pay window. You can then open the Entitlements tab and ensure there is a tick placed against all required entitlements for each employee. 

 

If the Standard pay amounts and entitlements are still not appearing during the pay run after you've done the above, please do let me know.
