Negative ETP

Hi Everyone, 

 

I have a problem with 1 of my emplyees showing a negative ETP in STP.

 

I have tried the suggestion from MYOB on another feed (remove termination, reverse payroll and reprocess the ETP payroll) and it is still showing a negative payroll. (note all other ETPs are fine) 

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Dorreen, 

 

As per my post i have tried these steps and is still doesnt update the ETP to the correct amount to reconcile with the MYOB payroll activity detail report.

Thanks for the update and sorry for the delay of response.

 

Since you have already tried the steps provided from The Help Article I posted, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
  • Screenshot of the ETP that shows as negative in STP
  • Screenshot of the Payroll Activity Detail Report
