Pay Super Details - Edit User Roles Details

Hi,

 

We are trying to edit User Roles via Pay Super Details and are getting the following error message:

{"code":10022,"message":"No active super registration found for this company.","status":500} 

 

We are wanting to update a user mobile number that is incorrect (not sure how this is even marked as verified when the number has always been incorrect).

If you're unable to edit the user roles yourself, please fill and submit the Pay super change of details form on this link and the team will action your request.
