Hi there,
I have tried shutting down, restarting computer etc.
Every time I try to change this payroll category and one other (in line with the new Award rates) MYOB keeps saying it's encountered an error and needs to restart. Hence I cannot update pays as required. Please help

Additionally, could you please locate your AccountRight diagnostic and error logs, then attach them in your reply?

Hi - It happens only for Mon-Fri 10pm - Midnight and Mon-Fri Mid-6am in our file. I've also tried on web browser. Very frustrating
