Payroll Error

Hi I just realised that I processed a pay with 38 hours on annual leave instead of normal working hours. Can I just do an adjustment to put back the 38 hours to the annual leave with zero dollar value?

Hi @MonAdmin,

 

The adjustment would work to bring your accruals back to what they should be, but your YTD amounts on these categories will be incorrect and affect your reports. So, in this case, I would recommend reversing the incorrect pay and re-process it to reflect correctly.
