Hi, I would like to know if there is an option to view Payroll Reports for the past few years such as back to FY2021 & FY2022 on the STP Report? I tried to view YTD verfication report of FY2021 but there is no option to key in the year period!
Hope someone can give me some advices on this.
Thanks & regards
Miranda

Hi @Miranda_C,
Thanks for your post.
When generating report for financial year 2021, this can be done as the YTD verification report will only give you the option to generate the report for prior and current financial year. If you have a back for the said financial year, you can restore it and generate the report from there. More information on how to restore your file can be found in the Help Article: Restore your company file.
Feel free to post again anytime if you require further assistance.

Hi Doreen
Thank you for your advice, I can view the payroll reports in the back up file. But for the EOFY Finalisation reports, it still only show the current FY and the year before. Is there a way to view the EOFY payroll summary for the past years?
Regards
Miranda

Hi @Miranda_C,
Thanks for your response.
If you are accessing the EOFY payroll summary report, you can only access the prior and current payroll year. If you wish to access the past years, you will need to contact the ATO for more information as the system can only provide the prior and current payroll year.
Please feel free to create a post again if you encounter any issues.
Best regards,
Doreen
