Hi, I had a a error saying my software version was wrong. I thne checked for updates, which there were none. Now the error says confirmation code is invalid.
I have recnetly replaced my computor and had to redownload the payroll program, so that may be why?
My payroll is 2019.1

Taking a look at your account, I have managed to make a change at our end which should allow for that Payroll Data file to be confirmed. This can be done at opening or via Help>>Confirm Data file.
Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.

Thanks, there is no longer an error.
However the Confirm Data File is greayed out and can not be clicked

Generally speaking, if the Confirm Data File option is greyed out confirmation has occurred recently. In saying that, Tools>>Options>>System>>Licence should force the system to confirm the data file.
