Solved: Go to Solution

Payroll

I am unable to process pays in a number of my files.

 

My files keep shutting down.

 

The Error Message is:
An item with the same key has already been added.

 

I have been able to run pays in other files, so I am at a loss.

 

Please help.

HI @BPA 

 

We are aware of issue where some users are unable to process pays in the new payroll year. This is under investigation by our developers. In the meantime, please refer to this post for a possible workaround and further instructions: Unable to process pays in the new payroll year

Unable to process payroll

Hi, 

We run 39 seperate MYOB files, I am unable to run my pays on 4 of them.

Can you plese tell me if I can take all of them online so I can run the pays, then back them up and retore them as suggested in your blog?

The last 4 digits of Our Serial number is ...0337
