Processing payroll date error

Processing payroll date error

I started to do a dummy payroll run in the MYOB browser. I then have gone into my MYOB on my desktop and went to continue the pay run and this comes up. Have I not set something up correctly on the online MYOB accountright?

Hi @KerryGee 

 

If you had created a pay run with a payment date in the past in the browser version, you will have to select the option to report the pay run as a New Pay Run. Otherwise, the default is to report the pay as an Updated Pay Run, and that will cause the STP report to generate as if it were a $0 pay run.
