STP Report Total different from STP EOFY Finalisation

Hi,

Looking for assistance.  Im trying to get the EOFY report to match the payroll. 

The payroll Activity Summary and Register Summary match. In the payroll reporting centre the the reports submitted match the reports in MYOB but the EOFY Finalisation report is less.  I have identified the employees affected.  All the payroll categories link to the gross payments reporting.  So at a total loss of how to get the Finalisation Report to match the payroll

Hi @ChrissieCJS 

 

Thanks for your post. If you've tried processing a $0 pay with payment date as 30 June for those employees and it hasn't resolved the issue the next step is to make sure the Payroll activity and Payroll register reports match. The post, AccountRight reports don't match STP reports, has detailed information on this.

 

If you continue to have problems are you able to narrow down any payroll category that is missing from the YTD verification report. If you can provide detailed information I'll be happy to assist further.

It worked!  I haven't used MYOB for a while so very rusty on it's glitches.  Thank you for your assistance, I ripped my hair out for a while I have to say.

Yes, processing $0 payroll worked for me too. I wasted SO much time trying to solve this problem, however, it just turned up to be a technical MYOB glitch. How frustrating!!!
