STP Verification report not marching payroll reports

STP verification report is not balancing with payroll register , payroll activity or payroll categories reports

I have re activiated inactive employees and taken term dates off terminated employees

Still not balancing

Thanks for your post. 

Just to confirm, did you send an Update Event/ $0 Pay Run after reactivating and removing these employees' termination dates?
