Super Authorisation Code

Hi.

 

How long should I expect to wait for a super authorisation code?  Our office manager, who has handled our payroll, has resigned and I have recently taken the role over.  It has been more than an hour since the request was sent.  I know the mobile number is correct as I am the person who always received the authorisation codes and have done so for a number of years.

 

Should I wait longer or do I need to re-send?

Hi @ADL86

 

Thank you for your post. It may take up to twenty minutes to receive the authorisation code, if you haven't received this as of yet I would recommend selecting to get the authorisation code resent.

I have asked for the authorisation code to be resent.  It has now been nearly 2 hours and still no code.

I needed to have this finalised this afternoon so I called your help line.  They gave me an authorisation code over the phone and we finally have success.
