Superannuation showing a zero on each pay

I have found that having an employee 17 years of age and earning $570 Gross when processing his pay each week the superannuation shows a zero balance so has to be manually inputted.  If I change his date of birth to 2003 which would make him 18 years of age his super calculates.

I have checked all other options which do not change to results.

Can MYOB please correct this - it states in your support notes that if an employee is paid weekly and works more than 30 hours per week his super will be automatically calculated.

Our employee works 38 hours per week but still does not have his super calculated.

Re: Superannuation showing a zero on each pay

Hi @LynneH,

Thank you for your post.

If you were to create a future dummy/test pay run for this employee with the dates entered as next month, does the super calculate accordingly?

Kind regards,
Sam
