Timesheets in MYOB teams can't be deleted after approval

I am dissapointed that approved time sheets cannot be deleted from MYOB teams.  We investigated if this tool was right for us (foolishly entering some dummy data), so maybe it is not.

 

Time sheets can be cleared in the desktop app, but this does not sync through to teams.  This is dissapointing as it potentially creates 2 sources of truth in cases where staff make mistakes.  I thought it even more curious that even the staff member who has created the timesheet cannot ammend or redact after it has been approved.

 

MYOB, please address this usability issue, so that we can consider integrating the product into our payroll processing.

Thanks for your post. I understand your disappointment about not being able to delete approved timesheets in MYOB Teams. This is a current system limitation. However, as we value your feedback, I highly suggest posting it on our Product Ideas board for consideration. In the meantime, you can adjust ordinary hours to correct any errors.
