What is the process for tracing a superannuation payment?
The funds have been deducted from our company's bank account but they have not been deposited in the superfund bank account? The account is a SMSF.
Time taken so far
10/10/2022 1:20 wait for call to be answered. Gave up
11/10/2022 0:54 eventually call answered but dropped out while on hold. Sent noreply email which didn't answer question.
11/10/2022 0:22 didn't answer
11/10/2022 0:37 still waiting for call to be answered?
so thats 193 minutes so far.

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble getting through to our phone-based teams. Having a look at the account linked to your Forum log in, there was a super payment processed on the 14 Sep. SuperChoice withdrew the funds from your bank account, processed the contributions and funds were transferred to the super funds on the 20 Sep.
If contributions are not showing in member accounts I'd recommend contacting the super funds.
