URGENT - 1st payroll of year not recording

Hi

 

This is extremely urgent please - have seen other posts you have re the same issue. MYOB AccountRight isn't recording the pay run in the new financial year after processing.

 

Can you please urgently run a script over our file so I can process todays payroll.

 

I've already tried multiple times and it zeros out each time.

 

I have been on hold to your support team for over 1.5 houres already.

 

The last 4 digits of the online file are 0530.

Hi @AcadRP

 

Thanks for your post. I'm happy to run that script for you, can you please confirm the file ID of the file as I can see that there is 2 files online. (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

 

Please also sign out of your file in the meantime.

Hi @NikkiDempster

 

Thank you for your post. If your file is online you would need to run a hotfix tool over the file manually, I can send this through to you. Can you please send me a private message with the below details:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
