This is extremely urgent please - have seen other posts you have re the same issue. MYOB AccountRight isn't recording the pay run in the new financial year after processing.
Can you please urgently run a script over our file so I can process todays payroll.
I've already tried multiple times and it zeros out each time.
I have been on hold to your support team for over 1.5 houres already.
The last 8 digits of the serial number are 1750 9980
The Workstation is: 3

I have processed payroll twice and each time I have gone to record with no issue. The pop up comes up with the question "would you like to record xx pays" I have selected yes, but then the the process payments screen comes up with 0.00 figures. Checking the advise summary/electronic payments ect there is no record of the pay.

I process payroll for only 4 people and now it recorded twice, and reported two ATO twice
I have reverse 4 transactions and reported to ATO to clear ATo,
But I have another 62 employees to process should I process or you need to do something with the file?
