Firsy pay run since 1st July, cannot process payroll payments. Get thourgh to the end then it just times out when trying to record.
We have two company files - one works fine, the other doesnt work, have tried several employees or just one - either way it doesnt work.
Please help - we can't pay staff!!

For local files, please take a backup of your file and then download the following tool on your computer by right-clicking on the link and selecting Save as
The instructions to use the tool are given below:
1.Extract the contents of the zip file to the desktop.
2. Right click the AccountRight_Hotfix.exe application and choose Run as Administrator
3. Browse to a file or drag a file onto the tool.
4. Apply the fix.
Try processing the payrun again and let us know how you go on.
If you're using the Silent Installer, you will need to install Microsoft SQL Server Compact in order to run the hotfix tool. If SQL server is not installed on the computer, then you can receive the Unhandled exception error when running the hotfix
SQL Server Compact links – you will need to install both on the computer.

Can you pin these instructions to the top of the forum so other people don't have to continually go through the same issue? Not that it should have occurred in the first place but i've come to expect nothing less from MYOB.
