We are considering moving to the online version but have a couple questions: How much would the subscription cost for MYOB online? We only need it for payroll and currently employ around 160 staff that are on a weekly pay cycle. Or is there no change in our subscription pricing? Is it possible to put a ‘dummy’ file online so that our IT team can work out how to integrate the online file with a 3rd party application that we currently have connected to our MYOB network file? We would continue to use our network file in the meantime and then once the IT testing is complete, we’d look to put our final file online. If this is possible, what are the steps to do this? Annual leave - with no linked wage expense account Annual leave loading IT allowance Motor Vehicle allowance Team leader allowance (there were 6 identical categories and I have been able to delete 3) Changing the titles is a good idea but there are about 30 of them so a permanent solution would be much better. We have removed these pay categories from standard pays so they have no links to any card files but when we try to delete we get error message "DataException". Is there a fix for this please? URGENT - Direct Entry User ID / APCA Can someone please help urgently We have changed our bank account to Macquarie. I have updated the details under the accounts section including the Direct Entry User ID but the payment file returns with several errors: "File contains a balancing account that is not in your nominated list of accounts" "File contains a trace account that is not included in your nominated list of accounts" "File uploaded isnt a valid format" I have to pay 200 staff today. Macquarie bank say there should be a second section in MYOB that I need to enter the Direct Entry ID but I can't find anything listed on the forum about this, only the accounts section. I am currently on hold with MYOB and have been for 1 hour 22 mins. Please help :(
