Unfortunately payroll is one of a number of things myob will neither import nor export. Payroll Categories and their linking to a card which sets up Standard pays can only be done manually.
If you have a previous file, there is a myob specialist who can create a 'clone' of your company file minus all transactions and all balances. This gives you everything exactly was it was in your original file, ready for you to use. Search of clone myox or similar to find. Cost is $132 last time I checked.
