30 Day EOM not displaying on invoice

Our terms are 30 days EOM which is listed as terms on all the invoices. We have included the template invoice to include the [terms]

 

However, it is still showing as 30 net which is incorrect. How do I get it to show "30days EOM" rather than "30 net"

Hi

 

Can I suggest you check the customer card to ensure that is how the terms has been set up (detail tab),

 

The template picks that up I think

Hi Lisa,

 

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately that is not the case, the terms are correct in the card settings as well, so I dont know why it is just pick up the "30" and not adding "EOM".

Is the text box in the template long enough?
