I need to make a change or review a previously entered purchase invoice. I click on the purchase register, find the particular invoice and click on the arrow or double click on the transaction line. The cursor goes around for about 5 seconds and nothing happens. The invoice is closed, payment has been made.
I work on multiple MYOB data files, and it works on some but not others.
Why is this?

Hi @Scottvdv
Can you try clearing AccountRight cache and check if you're then able to open this invoice? Please also ensure that "Transactions cannot be changed. They must be reversed" is unticked under Setup>>Preferences>>Security and check if there is any lock period specified.

That has worked, but I am not sure why I was able to open invoices in the other data files and not in this one.

At times, corrupt cache can cause display and other function related issues in specific files so that could be one cause. Clearing it frequently can help resolve such issues. Please feel free to post if you encounter other issues.
