Certain line items cause error after upgrade

Certain line items cause error after upgrade

Shows the following message when entering in certain line items.

 

Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: c67c89f2-3d97-4705-9a26-172068b237ec.

 

Can't access them under Purchases> Items, shows following message:

 

Something went wrong

Try refreshing your browser
If the issue persists, contact MYOB support

If you are still having issues, let me know what you have tried and please let me know the last 4 digits of your serial number and I can assist you further.

Serial end 1880.

 

I've tried all of the trouble shooting steps and none have been succesful.

Thanks for the information. Do you still have an issue with this? I ran a few scripts and couldn't find any errors in your file. Could you please upload a screenshot of the error message and line items you are trying to enter?
