I have created an order and then converted it to an invoice without a problem. It generated the next invoice number automatically. When I try to email this converted invoice it says Error - "You are not able to edit this transaction" I can't save the created invoice or send it. I'm using Accountright Plus 2022.1.0
I have now tried to delete the quote and it won't let me. Same error message.Thx

Hi @Lee6,
Thank you for your post and sorry to see no one has responded earlier!
Please navigate to the 'Setup' dropdown > Preferences > 'Security' tab > 'Untick" the "transactions cannot be changed, they must be reversed" setting and click 'OK' to save.
Let me know if you still encounter this issue after the above setting is changed.
