Creates 2 Purchase Order

Why does MYOB never add all the selected items to a single purchase order? I selected all and when I created an order, it only added one so I had to create a second one. Why is it like that? How can we just create one?

We're using the desktop app. whenever we create purchase order, it can't be added into 1, 

it always has to be 2

Generally, when creating a purchase order, you can only add one item per line. Please refer to the screenshot below.

To further assist you with this, kindly send us a screenshot of the window where you are trying to add more than one item. This will help us in assisting you efficiently. Make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum.

Hi, this is not what we're referring to, 

there are always 2 purchase order nos. 

so we always have to combine them, make sense?

It's a good idea to have an option to combine orders which will be really helpful specially if there are two purchase orders. However, this feature is not yet available. With that, I encourage you to please take a moment to post on the AccountRight Ideas Exchange board for consideration.
