Direct Debits not hitting bank

Hi


We have direct payments customers from the 20th Jan up to today 25th that haven't hit our bank account. Usually they go in the next day. Is there a problem with MYOB at the moment? They have been receipted in MYOB but not hit out bank account yet and we are with CBA.

If you still haven't received the deposit, please send us your product serial number and amounts of deposit by Private Message and we'll follow this up.
