Online payments Yes i have done that, i can work out who it was from but i didnt get the full amount paid into our bank account and also want to know why it didn't get recorded. I would like help on how to enter this in the system as myob have taken out a fee for this payment. Problem is there is zero customer support from myob. They do not answer the phone or support requests. I was hoping someone knew how to contact them. MYOB Support? Online payments Hi, I had a random MYOB payment in our bank account but was not recored in MYOB so have no idea who it is from. The amount does not match any invoices. I have tried to call the 1300 783674 line and was on hold for 2 hours and still at position 5, so i had to hung up. I had customers trying to call through. I did a online call back request through our account. Priority service as we pay $200 a month subscription fee. The time frame was 24 hours later, wouldn't call that fast but anyway. They called back today, only to tell me they can't help me, i need to call the phone number. But the current wait time was only "40 mins". Are you kidding me? Is there anyway to get actually support or is that the only way? Getting frustrated. Whats the point of the call back service if they don't actually help you anyway? Re: Verification code Well, they need to fix the problem with the codes not working. The first code sent NEVER works. Verification code Is there anyone way to get rid of the verification code upon logging in each morning? Its soooo annoying and the codes never work first time. I have it sent to email which takes forever to come through and then the code doesn't work. Can we choose to get rid of it all together? I mean, if anyone wants to hack in and do my work for me, i'm all for it! Stupid ridiculous thing ever. Just not sure how to delete this post. MYOB WONT OPEN Our back up got stuck yesterday, and we had to cancel it. Now MYOB won't open today. Please help, its been hours and unable to reach phone support. MYOB not opening.. please help Hi , We tried to do a back up last night but after an hour still hadn't finished so we cancelled back up and went home. This morning, we can't log in as it says "back up in process". How can we get back into MYOB? We have contact MYOB but still no reply hours later. Any help be much appreciated! We needed to work asap. SolvedRe: Emails rejecting from MYOB Hi Jemar_C thank you for your reply. As I stated above, its happening to our own emails and yes, we have it added, they are not going to spam. I have checked myob sent emails and they have the little astrix mark beside them to say they were not sent. So they aren't in our junk folders if they were not sent. These include when customers make payments of their invoices, and the receipt gets emailed to us to let us know they paid. These are also not being sent (error) This is only a new thing that has only just started happening. any help would be greatly appreciated. Emails rejecting from MYOB Some of our emails are rejcting from MYOB. Mostly its our own email (we send invoices to our email, reports, etc). It just says "rejcted, check user email is correct". How do we fix this? Its a major thing that we need to work as we email invoices and reports every day. Also noticed it has rejected some of our customer emails even though they have always been going through before. Please help. Re: Overseas Credit Card payments HI Princess. I got your PM which just says to email through to MYOB. I have done that but how long does it take for a reply? I like to post on the community board as I find its much quicker with answers. Thanks.
